EXCHANGE Policy

Due to the fact that all the photographs that are created at Thomas Alvarez Photography are numbered, certified, and a record is kept of each and every buyer, the photographs are not returnable for a refund or exchange of another photograph.  

• Only photographs that are damaged due to initial shipping to the buyer will be exchanged for the same photograph of the same size.  
• Proof of shipping damage must be provided. 
• A damage shipping claim must be filed within five (5) days of receipt of the photograph.
• The damaged photograph must be returned within ten (10) days at our expense.
• If an incorrect photograph was received by the buyer, a claim for exchange must be filed within five (5) days and the UNDAMAGED, incorrect photograph must be returned within ten (10) days at our expense.
• To initiate an exchange and file a claim, please email Thomas Alvarez Photography at: info@thomasalvarezphotography.com with a description of the reason for the exchange.
• Thomas Alvarez Photography does not give any refunds for any reason.
